The HDS original frikandel is now also available in burger-mode. This is how we do it: we take the deliciously spiced meat originally used for our Frikandel, and shape it as a burger! A bit easier to handle on a bun than its sister... Our Frika Burger is also available with only chicken meat.
Serving suggestion: place 1 or 2 Frika patties on a hamburger bun and top with lettuce, onions, mayo and ketchup.
