Shipments are always subject to pre-payment by bank transfer. Only for deliveries executed by HDS in Chiang Mai city area we can accept cash on delivery (COD). Deliveries by couriers are subject to prepayment.
Free delivery to your door in Chiang Mai city area (Mueang), Hangdong, Sansai, Doi Sakhet, Mae Rim and Mae On with an order amount above 1500 Baht. Orders with a lower amount are charged with transportation cost.
For deliveries outside the Chiang Mai City area there is no minimum order amount. Deliveries will be subject to packing and transportation cost.
Delivery
Courier, we offer 3 ways of shipment, each way can be selected after check out

Normal courier service for sambals, coffee, liquorice, etc

Cool shipment (Intercool) service for cheese

Full freeze shipment for frozen products like snacks, sausages, meats, fish, meals etc.
The Intercool and Freeze shipment service delivers to almost all outskirts of Thailand in 2 days. The normal courier service can take up to 4-5 days from the moment of shipment.
Bus, rather quickest and cheapest option, but only if there is a direct connection from Chiang Mai to your city. Fixed arrival time but pick up at the bus station or bus-depot. Reliable.
Disclaimers
It is possible that the chosen delivery method is not or no longer available. In this case HDS will offer another solution which might involve higher cost.
The shipments do not include insurance for the shipped goods.
