Potato Croquette

This humble side dish will make just that little difference on your standard dinner plate. Do away with your traditional plate-fillers like rice, pasta, potatoes, or fries, and substitute them with these golden wonders. Seasoned rolls of mashed potatoes wrapped in a thin layer of fine bread crumbs, that you should deep-frywhile still frozen, so very short preparation time. Crispy from the outside, buttery soft from the inside, and made with all natural ingredients, without added preservatives and artificial additives.

Serving suggestion: combine 6 tablespoons mayonnaise with the juice of half a lemon or 1 lime. Add 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon dried dill, and 1 very finely chopped large sour gherkin and a dash of fresh black pepper. Mix well and set to rest in fridge for at least 1 hour. Serve as the ultimate home-made tartar dipping sauce with your croquettes.
