Our Pork Croquette Balls, or ‘Bitterballen’ as we call them back home, are the bit-sized version of our pork croquettes. We prepare a smooth, hearty ragout with pieces of pork, divide our batch in multiple small balls, and roll these individually in a very thin layer of batter. Of course no added preservatives and no artificial additives.
