By popular demand and on many requests from our valued customers, we are excited to introduce our Beef Ragout Roll – the heart and soul of our best-selling Beef Croquettes, now available in puff pastry. No more frying just put it in the air fryer or oven!
The Taste You Love
Our Beef Ragout is made from tender slow-cooked Aussie Beef, simmered until melt-in-the-mouth soft, and blended into a silky, creamy sauce. Lightly seasoned with traditionalherbs and spices, this ragout brings you the authentic flavor that has made our croquettes such a favorite.
Serrving suggestion: cut the Beef Ragout Roll carefully into slices of about 2cm wide with a sharp breadknife, and serve with a dash of mustard on the side as a snack with afternoon drinks.
