For our Frikandel freaks we made a Dutch Skinless Sausage Roll (Frikandellenbroodje).
 
45 grams of the HDS frikandel rolled in a jacket of puff pastry covered with some lightly beaten egg, bake this in the oven until  golden brown and crispy to create your ideal snack.

Serving suggestion: cut the Dutch Skinless Sausage Roll carefully into slices of about 2 cm wide with a sharp  breadknife, and serve as a snack with afternoon drinks. To create the Ultimate Frikandel Feeling, mix up some Mayonnaise, Curry Ketchup and finely cut Onions.
