After the succes of our Sausage Roll we introduce the Old Cheese Roll. We have rolled "Huizer Old Cheese in a jacket of puff pastry covered with some lightly beaten egg to create its very rich taste.
Serving suggestion: carefully cut the Cheese Roll into slices of about 2 cm thick with a sharp bread knife, or eat it whole, or serve as a snack with late afternoon drinks.
