Did you know that Eru’s Gouda Cheese Spread is already an indispensable part of any savory Dutch breakfast for more than 60 years? This buttery soft, creamy, liquid gold spreads easily on a sandwich or cracker, and serves as the basis for any cheese-inspired sauce.

Serving suggestion: slowly heat half a cup of milk in a small saucepan, and add 2 cups of ERU Gouda Cheese Spread while the pan is still on the stove. Finely chop 50g of ham, add to the sauce, together with 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Stir for about a minute on very low heat, let it cool down, and serve as a thick, rich dipping sauce with potato chips.
