Chicken Satay with Satay Sauce

We immerse tender chunks of chicken in our home-made Indonesian marinade for at least 12 hours, put them on skewers, and then grill each skewer on a hotplate until golden brown. Add to this our generous serving of smooth and sweet Indonesian peanut sauce, and you’re in for a delicious treat!

Serving suggestion: Our chicken satay goes very well with a bowl of steaming white rice, and a small cup of sweet and sour cucumber and onion. For a bit of ‘bite’ in the peanut sauce, mix one teaspoon of our Sambal Brandal with the sauce.
