Yet another favorite snack bite from the Netherlands. We spice up a batch of minced pork meat with some nutmeg, roll this in a jacket of puff pastry and induce it with cheese, then cover the top of the roll with some lightly beaten egg.
 
Serving suggestion: cut the Sausage Roll with Cheese carefully into slices of about 2cm wide with a sharp  breadknife, and serve with a dash of mustard on the side as a snack with afternoon drinks.
