After the succes of our Sausage Roll we introduce the Spinach-Cheese-Salmon Roll.
 
Spinach, Cheese and Salmon rolled in a jacket of puff pastry covered with some lightly beaten egg to give it a unique taste.
 
Bake this in the oven until  golden brown and crispy to create your ideal snack.

Serving suggestion: cut the Spinach-Cheese-Salmon Roll carefully into slices of about 2 cm wide with a sharp  breadknife, and serve as a snack with afternoon drinks.
