After the succes of our Sausage Roll we introduce the Spinach-Cheese-Salmon Roll, especially for our fish lovers. Spinach, cheese and salmon are hand-rolled in a jacket of puff pastry covered with some lightly beaten egg to give it that signature crispy golden cover.
Serving suggestion: cut the Spinach-Cheese-Salmon Roll carefully into slices of about 2 cm wide with a sharp breadknife, and serve as a snack with afternoon drinks.
