We only use the finest ingredients in our slow-cooked pepper sauce. A great companion with any meat dish, but gets along very well with especially beef and tenderloin.
Serving suggestion: fry any steak to your liking (rare, medium, or well-done) in some butter and olive oil, and take out of frying pan, but leave butter and oil residue in pan. Cover the steaks in aluminum foil. Fry a teaspoon of fresh green peppers in the pan for 2 minutes, add 50ml cooking cream and 250ml Pepper Sauce and some salt. Stir well while cooking on low heat for 1 minute. Mix one teaspoon of mustard in the sauce, and your creamy Pepper Sauce variation is ready for your steak.
