Our Goulash Croquette Balls, or ‘Bitterballen’ as we call them back home, are the bit-sized versions of our Goulash Croquettes. We prepare a smooth, hearty goulash ragout with little chunks of beef and pork, divide our batch in multiple small balls, and roll these individually in a very thin layer of batter. Of course no added preservatives and no artificial additives.
Serving suggestion: together with our Mini Frikandel (and its 'Bitterball Neighbors'...), the best companion for your late-afternoon drinks. Serve with mustard, ketchup, or our Curry Ketchup.
