Gouda Matured Cheese

The older brother of our Gouda Mild Cheese, aged for 8 – 10 weeks. The cheese is slightly darker, a bit harder, and has a more pronounced, rich taste. Also easy to cut and slice, our Gouda Matured Cheese sits well on any sandwich, but we prefer to eat this typical cheese by itself!

Serving suggestion: to enjoy the full taste of this cheese, just cut in small cubes of 1cm, and serve with a dash of Dijon mustard on the side. Goes very well with a glass of red wine or a cold beer in the afternoon.
