Fish Fingers

The renowned fish fingers do not need any introduction.

Perfect as side dish or appetizer.

Sauce suggestion: combine 6 tablespoons mayonnaise with the juice of half a lemon or 1 lime. Add 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon dried dill, and 1 very finely chopped large sour gherkin and a dash of fresh black pepper. Mix well and set to rest in fridge for at least 1 hour. Serve as the ultimate home-made tartar dipping sauce with your fish fingers.

Fish Fingers

    • Deep fry in full frozen condition for 4.5 min. at 170°C or fry in skillet with oil/butter for 8-10 min. turn every 2 min.
