The renowned fish fingers do not need any introduction. These savory gems are perfect as side dish or appetizer. Put some lime on top to make them irresistible.


Serving suggestion: serve our fish fingers with a uniquely tasty sauce. Combine 6 tablespoons mayonnaise with the juice of half a lemon or 1 lime. Add 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon dried dill, and 1 very finely chopped large sour gherkin and a dash of fresh black pepper. Mix well and set to rest in fridge for at least 1 hour. Serve as the ultimate home-made tartar dipping sauce with your fish fingers.
