Smoked cheese, who doesn't like it? A mild cheese with a deliciously deep smoke flavour, now proudly featured in our assortment!
Serving suggestion: give this recipe for crispy smoke cheese crackers a try. Cover a baking tray with a sheet of wax paper, and place 10 slices of smoked cheese, each about 1mm thick, on the paper. Sprinkel each slice with a teaspoon of sesame seeds, and bake all for about 15 minutes at a heat of 180C, until the slices are slightly brown. Take the tray out of the oven and let rest for half an hour, in order to make each slice delightfully crispy.
