Serving suggestion: try a ‘Frikandeltosti’. Cut one Frikandel in half lengthwise, and cut these 2 halves again, to halve their length. This leaves you with 4 halved pieces. Take 2 slices of white bread and cover 1 slice with these four wedges, a slice of cheese and some chopped onion and ketchup. Put the other slice of bread on top, heat in the sandwich maker or pan, and fry until slightly brown.
