Hot Smoked Atlantic Salmon

Do we need to remind you that salmon is rich in protective antioxidant, high-quality protein, vitamins, minerals and Omega-3? Our Atlantic Salmon is hot smoked, which means that is has been cured in salty water overnight, and then slowly smoked over a real wood fire. This process results in the unique, much sought-after smoke flavor of this delicious fish.

Serving suggestion: toast a bagel, and apply a generous layer of our Cream Cheese Spread. Cut Hot Smoked Atlantic Salmon in small strips and put on top of spread. Add a bit of finely chopped onion and a teaspoon of baby capers, some freshly ground pepper, and you’re in for salmon heaven!
